Preventive Maintenance Service:

Like all mechanical equipment with moving parts and springs, dock levelers require routine maintenance and adjustment to operate properly. Preventive Maintenance performed by Dock Pro, Inc. includes; inspection, grease & lubrication, adjustment, cleaning debris from pit, minor parts, minor welding, and operations check. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not require long term “service contracts”.

Dock leveler manufacturers all suggest that dock levelers be serviced on a “quarterly” basis, however, having them serviced at “semi-annual” or “annual” intervals are other options available depending on your company’s specific needs. For example, many customers choose to have their dock levelers serviced once in the fall, and once again six-months later in the spring. Whichever you decide, having your dock levelers serviced on a regular basis will prove to be money well spent.
